You’ll be responsible for overseeing each Bareknuckle client to ensure overall progress towards goals, answer any needed questions and verify that projects are meeting their goals. You’ll be able to delegate creative work to our team as needed in order to lead both us and the client to success. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring the details of each client contract to ensure we are meeting expectations (on time and on budget).
What’s What:
This is a very accountable role, as it’s a critical piece to helping the team account for the details and the big picture. You’ll be involved in the full cycle of a client relationship:
- Onboarding
- Planning and strategy
- Scheduling deliverables
- On-going client communication
- Whatever flavor of exit we’ve planned for the particular client
You’ll also be very involved in internal office communication:
- Strategize plans and timelines with the whole team
- Think big, think small, then think big again
- Know how to keep a meeting on-time
- Keep everyone in-the-know
- Be excited about trying new things to increase our efficiency
Musts:
- Head-over-heels about the details
- Have the ability to get things done
- Anticipate obstacles. Conceptualize solutions
- Be a solid communicator (we’ll know during our first meeting)
- Be compatible with Mac products and systems
- Be resourceful
- Not be a stiff
Start Date: Nov 2018
Salary: Competitive, DOE
